Any standalone workflow that runs regularly and is to be monitored by us. A workflow with 5 steps counts the same as one with 20 steps as one automation.
Yes, you can upgrade at any time. A downgrade is possible at the end of the month after the minimum term of 3 months.
Unused hours expire at the end of the month and are not carried over. In return, you have the assurance that capacity is always available when needed.
No. Project packages can be booked independently. However, we recommend using at least the Essentials package after go-live so that your automation is monitored and maintained – starting at just €190/month.
We are immediately notified through our monitoring and fix the issue within the response time stated in the package. Bug fixes are included in all packages.
We work with n8n, Power Automate, Make.com and Zapier. In the initial consultation, we determine together which platform best fits your requirements.
Yes, 3 months. After that, the subscription can be canceled monthly. The minimum term ensures that we can properly set up and stabilize your automations.
