2. Hosting and Server Log Files

This website is hosted by Squarespace, Inc., 225 Varick Street, 12th Floor, New York, NY 10014, USA ("Squarespace"). Squarespace is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. On every request, the following technical data is automatically transmitted and stored in server log files:

  • Browser type and version
  • Operating system used
  • Referrer URL
  • Hostname of the accessing computer
  • Time of the server request
  • IP address

Legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure, stable operation of the website). This data is not merged with other data sources.

3. Cookies and Consent

Our website uses strictly necessary cookies required for operation (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, Section 25(2) TDDDG — the German implementation of the ePrivacy Directive). Any additional cookies and tracking technologies (in particular Google Analytics) are only deployed with your explicit consent via our cookie banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, Section 25(1) TDDDG). Until consent is given, Google Analytics is blocked via Google Consent Mode v2 (analytics_storage: "denied"). You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future.

4. Google Analytics 4

With your consent we deploy Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-3D0SXBG0ZT), a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google"). Google processes in particular your (truncated) IP address, device information, pages visited, and time on page, and sets cookies. IP anonymization is enabled. 5. Google Fonts

For consistent typography we load fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com), provided by Google Ireland Limited. Your IP address is transmitted to Google in the process. Legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in consistent, performant presentation of our website). More information: policies.google.com/privacy.

6. Forms, Newsletter and Chat (n8n)

Our contact, newsletter and chat features are processed through our self-hosted automation platform at n8n.lyron-ai.com (server location Germany/EU). When you use any of these features, your input (e.g. name, email, company, message or chat content) is transmitted to our n8n instance and processed to handle your request. For the newsletter we use your email address on a double opt-in basis; you can unsubscribe at any time via the link in each newsletter or at /en/newsletter/unsubscribe/.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures), Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent, for the newsletter), or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in efficient request handling). Storage period: until your request is resolved plus statutory retention periods, or until you withdraw your consent.

7. Appointment Booking (Google Calendar)

To book an initial call, we embed a scheduling link / booking widget provided by Google Ireland Limited. When you click the booking CTA, you are forwarded to Google Calendar, where your booking details (name, email, desired time) are processed. Google's privacy policy applies: policies.google.com/privacy. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures).
